The manuscript in double-column format should have at least 4 full pages and up to 10 pages. If it exceeds 5 pages, the extra page(s) will be charged. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Authors who submit manuscripts to the conference proceedings: confirm that the content of the manuscript is original. In addition, authorship of a submission also implies that the manuscript has not been previously published in any language, in whole or in part, and is not currently submitted for publication elsewhere.
Abstract submissions are also acceptable from authors who only wish to present their work and do not intend to publish it.
1) The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process.
2) Submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
3) Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by Scientific Technical Committee that in the field of the manuscript.
4) Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Since many submissions excel in either novelty or advancement, these two criteria are weighted equally. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions.
Eligibility: All authors of accepted papers must complete registration before the registration deadline to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and the official program.
One Paper, One Registration: At least one author per accepted paper must register at the Full Conference or Virtual Presenter rate. A single registration can cover a maximum of one paper.
Registration Completion: Registration is only considered complete after full payment has been received and the online registration form has been submitted.
Badge Requirements: A valid conference badge is required for admission to all sessions, workshops, social events, and the exhibition area.

If a registrant is unable to attend conference for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to ICAIES Conference Secretary via icaiesconf@163.com.
In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:No Show: In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).
Personal Reason: The organizer cannot provide refunds or pay any compensation if a participant is unable to attend the conference due to personal reasons, including travel difficulties, visa issues, health problems, and financial difficulties.
Force Majeure: The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
